Shuttering Plywood – Film-Faced Ply for RCC Concrete Formwork

Trailbug Shuttering Plywood is engineered for strength and durability in heavy-duty construction and RCC applications. Conforming to IS:4990 standards, it is made with dense hardwood core layers and bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resin under high pressure.

Its laminated film-faced surface delivers a glass-smooth concrete finish, reducing plastering effort. Treated for water resistance and anti-fungal action, Trailbug shuttering ply can be reused up to 30 times with proper handling.
